The Couple’s Commitment Cards are designed to be used in the context of a Covenant Marriage Affirmation Ceremony. These perforated cards come in packs of 50. The top portion of the card is to be signed by the husband and the wife with a place for them to put their wedding and covenant dates. The bottom portion of the card is to be filled out by the couple and returned to our office for placement on our International Registry of Covenant Couples. This registry consists of the names of over 34,000 couples around the world who have affirmed their belief in marriage as a covenant and their desire for their marriage to be a covenant marriage.
You may also want to consider purchasing a Covenant Marriage Certificate for each of the couples who sign the commitment card. At the conclusion of your ceremony simply collect the completed, intact cards from the couples. Use the information from the top portion of the Commitment Cards to fill in their Certificates. (You may even want to have someone fill in the information in calligraphy.) Tear off the bottom portion of the Commitment Cards and mail them to our office. Return the top portion of the card to the rightful couple along with their keepsake, framable Covenant Marriage Certificate as a remembrance and a witness to the commitment they have made.
